1. What StoreAsk does

StoreAsk connects to your Shopify store and lets you ask plain-English questions about your store data. We return plain-English answers. We do not modify your store, place orders, or change any data in your Shopify account.

2. Free trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not upgrade before your trial ends, your account will continue on the free tier (limited to 3 questions per day). We will never charge you without your permission.

As a launch promotion, the first 50 stores to sign up receive their first month free with no credit card required. Use code FIRST50 at checkout.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose. Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

4. Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free tier.

If you delete your account, all your store data — including orders, products, customer records, and question history — is permanently deleted within 24 hours.

5. Acceptable use

You may use StoreAsk only for your own Shopify stores or stores you are authorized to manage. You may not attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Limitation of liability

StoreAsk is provided "as is." We do our best to ensure accuracy, but answers are generated from your store data and may not always be perfect. Do not make major business decisions based solely on answers from StoreAsk without verifying them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreAsk and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where StoreAsk is incorporated.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect.
